Package Itinerary

Arrive at Uttarey village (base camp, approx. 6500 ft), ideally from NJP/Bagdogra/Siliguri. Relax and acclimatize in the village; explore local sights if time permits. Overnight stay in a homestay or lodge at Uttarey.

Trek towards Achalley (approx. 2850 m). Distance: ~9 km, Duration: 4-5 hours trekking through forests and scenic Himalayan landscapes. Camp overnight at Achalley. Experience a beautiful night under the stars.

Trek from Achalley to Kalijhar (approx. 3450 m). Distance: ~6 km, Duration: 3-4 hours, gradual ascent with forest and mountain views. Early morning/afternoon trek to Phoktey Dara viewpoint for a stunning sunrise (40 min trek). Witness panoramic views of Kanchenjunga, Everest, and neighboring peaks. Return and overnight stay at Kalijhar camp.

After breakfast, trek back from Kalijhar to Achalley, and then descend to Uttarey. Distance: ~9 km, Duration: 5-6 hours downhill via Achalley. Arrive in Uttarey by afternoon; depart for onward journey to Siliguri/NJP/Bagdogra in the evening.
